Refund Policy
General Policy
We follow standard SaaS subscription practices for refunds.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds for partial month usage.
Annual Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime. Service continues until the end of the annual billing period.
- No prorated refunds for unused time.
- The discount applied is consideration for the annual commitment.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our discretion for:
- Service outages exceeding our published SLA
- Erroneous charges or technical errors on our part
- Mandatory refunds under applicable consumer protection laws
How to Request a Refund
Email support@check-ly.com with:
- Your account email
- Order or subscription ID
- Reason for the request
We respond within 3-5 business days.
Local Consumer Laws
This policy is subject to applicable local consumer protection laws. Users in specific jurisdictions may have additional rights under their local laws. Users in South Korea should refer to the Korean-language refund policy for Korean-specific consumer rights and annual commitment settlement rules.
